Who we are

Late Britain runs recording and rehearsal studios at 2-6 Fowler Rd, Ilford IG6 3UT. We are responsible for the personal information you give us through this website. For any privacy question, email [email protected].

What we collect

Only what you type into the studio enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the studio and length of session you are interested in, your preferred dates, the type of session, any engineer preference, and whatever you write in the message box.

Besides what you type, we record the address of the page the form was sent from, and the time of the enquiry. As with any website, technical data such as your IP address is processed by Cloudflare, which hosts this site, to deliver the form and to protect it from abuse. The dashboard copy described below does not store your IP address.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry and to arrange a booking if you want one. We do not sell your details, we do not share them with advertisers, and we do not add you to a marketing list.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is delivered to us by email through Cloudflare, the company that hosts this website. A copy is also kept in the client dashboard provided by Vervio Digital Co., stored in Western Europe, and used only on our instructions. Vervio Digital Co. does not use your details for anything else.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to reply to you and to keep our booking records. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Cookies and storage

This website does not set cookies and has no analytics or advertising trackers. It uses your browser's session storage to remember that you have already seen the opening animation, which is cleared when you close the tab. Fonts come from our own hosting. Photographs are served from a media service run by Vervio Digital Co., which, like any web server, receives your IP address when it delivers an image. Our Instagram and Google Maps links take you to services with their own privacy policies.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
